I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right by the slope, allowing for easy access to the ski area. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring that my room was always clean and tidy. I also appreciated the convenience of the ski pass vendor and ski equipment hire right on-site. It made my skiing experience hassle-free and convenient. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, making me feel instantly welcomed and relaxed. the hotel provided a truly luxurious and comfortable stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel was perfectly located close to the slopes and we could easily go skiing in and out. The breakfast was varied and delicious, it had everything we needed and more. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved the added touch of the heated floors in the bathroom.
The staff were not very friendly, and it felt like we were a burden to them. We also didn't appreciate the noise from neighboring rooms, it was hard to get a good night's sleep.

This mountain-side hotel had a prime location right next to a ski slope, with easy access to ski lifts and no need for walking or getting a shuttle. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable duvets and beautiful views of the mountain. the breakfast buffet was honest, offering all you need to start a day on the slopes.
The quality of service was below expectations. Some of the staff members were quite rude, speaking down to guests and making presumptuous remarks.
